In no event shall fNograph or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use the Services, even if fNograph or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be handled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Delaware.
fNograph reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of changes).
